Jira Integration - Surface error if link fails in Jira in the linking dialogue
When you link an Idea to Jira, if the Idea fails to populate on the Jira side there's no error surfaced in UserVoice. It fails silently in the background but still populates in UserVoice.
It would be helpful to receive an error in UserVoice as you link it, and then determine if you want to proceed or not.
