When capturing a request with the Sidebar, it could be helpful to include details about the customer. For example, "churn risk", "deal blocker", etc.14 votes
We’re currently working on enhancements to the contributor experience for communicating additional importance of ideas.
We’re also going to make it easier, via the admin console, to quantify the impact of these ideas that contributors communicate are important.

Admins can create their own custom views for suggestions. While you can share the URL with another admin, to share the ideas you are looking at, this is cumbersome and has to be done outside of UserVoice.
Admins would like to be able to share a view from within UserVoice, so other admins can see and access the view from their own Saved View section as well.12 votes

We’re currently working on a UserVoice for MS Teams connector that will enable the ability to push important UserVoice events (new ideas, status updates, comments, etc) into your MS Teams team channels.

Contributor console has an option for capturing feedback, which is supposed to be used instead on the classic Contributor sidebar. But the experience is not the same, fields are not the same, and the Private commenting option which was one of the most important features of Contributor sidebar is missing.9 votes
Thanks for the feedback and support of this idea.
Upon rollout of the Contributor Console, this feedback helped us identify that we did not make it clear enough that the feedback captured from the Contributor Console is private.
That is, like with the contributor console, feedback associated to ideas on behalf of customers from the Contributor Console is always private.
We are working on a few updates to help make this more clear moving forward.
