Notifications for specific keywords
Would love to have certain keywords in a suggestion trigger an email immediately, as opposed to either an email for every suggestion, or one email at the end of the day.

Ability to do keyword search on activity, so admins can find specific keywords (across forums as well)

yes, so admins can *watch* certain ideas without having to get updates on all of them.
