I have a B2B customer that wants the ability to use data from Zoom to use in lead scoring, example: who registered and who attended webinars.

There is a Zapier integration with Delivra and Zoom but it would only create or update a contact’s information if they register for a webinar. It wouldn’t show which webinars they have attended if there are multiple webinars in a month.

Customer is comparing to their experience in Pardot - when they click on a contact’s name, we can see all of the webinars they have attended in the past to help show how engaged a contact is as a Member, or how hot they may be as a lead.

I'm sure other b2b prospects or customers would find this kind of information useful when it comes to utilizing Lead Scoring.
