More granular inactivity options
Currently, the inactivity filter displays ideas that have not had VOTES in the selected timeframe.
Create a way to select what activity items are evaluated in the timeframe, such as:
-Votes
-Public Comments
-Internal Comments
-Feedback
-Public Status Updates
-Internal Status Updates
