To have custom fields for end-users so that we are able to collect a little bit more granular data as part of capturing new ideas

Having this ability only for the Chrome web extension (feedback capture) is not good enough. We want to direct users to the main website so it searches through ideas, just like I found this one to up vote and add comment for this feature. We should be able to capture custom fields on the standard intake form.
