The current function for exporting comments through the 'Export Activity' button on the activity feed does not provide an option to edit the fields included in the export.

This means you're unable to change the export to include other fields that may be relevant, namely 'GeoIP Country'

Being able to include additional fields, similar to the data export on the Ideas list view, would be a bonus :)
