Allow more fields to be added to Zendesk, Salesforce, Gainsight
Please make your third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight) more configurable, allowing us to pull in other fields such as Importance, Category, etc. We get far too many ideas entered in as free text with little context, making it difficult to appropriately prioritize them. Allowing us to embed additional fields in the widgets on these other platforms will allow us to put in guardrails that help us triage our own ideas.
