Hi Everyone,
We have reviewed this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

When there is no email address in the user record in Zendesk, the integration tries to use the email address of the user who's request was captured previously.

When capturing a request with the Sidebar, it could be helpful to include details about the customer. For example, "churn risk", "deal blocker", etc.
If you use multi-digit numbers for the title of Labels and Categories, they do not get sorted numerically. (only the first digit is used for the sort order)
