You can opt in to a feature called urgency scores currently in beta by visiting your settings. You can find the option by going to
Settings -> General Settings -> Ideas and look for "Urgency score on ideas and feedback."
Instead of a simple sentiment analysis, we're looking for intensity of emotion in the feedback. This may be negative (an angry user) or positive (a user telling you how much a feature change may help them) and we're displaying the results summarized across the idea, and on individual activity entries (comments, feedback).
Let us know what you think!

An error occurred while saving the comment John R commentedWhen there is no email address in the user record in Zendesk, the integration tries to use the email address of the user who's request was captured previously.

An error occurred while saving the comment John R commentedWhen viewing a single idea in the admin console, it would be helpful to have the ability to export all comments and supporters for that idea.
Currently, the export option is only available when viewing a list of ideas or search/filter results.

When capturing feedback with the sidebar, it would be helpful to be able to subscribe the user to future/potential status updates, even if I'm not linking the feedback to a suggestion when I capture it.
