New suggestions by contributors go through moderator approval
I would like to require that new suggestions created by contributors get approved by a moderator before they are public.

Ability to only allow contributors to add feedback to an existing idea, or prevent them from creating new ideas.

Additionally, we would like to be able to set 'pre-moderation' on Contributors as separate from end users, as we ONLY want to pre-moderate internal comments. Thanks!

We have moderation enabled in our UserVoice forums. So we can review all ideas submitted by our customers as the quality of detail in ideas can vary.
We have recently been using the contributor panel with our sales and commercial teams. Ideas raised by these teams are not always worded in the best way and require some modification just like ideas from our customers.
Today we are unable to moderate these ideas and have to quickly change them as they are added. Moderation on ideas coming from the contributor panel would be relly helpful.
