Choose default and required settings for sidebar
Allow users to chose their own default settings for sidebar. Some people want customers automatically subscribed and some want to require specific fields.

We would like the ability to disable the "Subscribe customer to suggestion updates" box on the sidebar, which I believe is inline with this request.
