Option to hide end-user usernames on the web portal

Sometimes companies don't want their end users names shared. While you can hide this with CSS, it would be nice to simply offer a setting to show or not show the end users name on a forum post/comment.

    Giving end users an option to submit ideas anonymously will be quite helpful. However, the UserVoice admin should be able to see their names but other end users don't.
