Allow admins to customize email templates for (some? all?) emails.

We recently updated the look and feel of all feedback-related email templates. You can now add your brand’s colors and logo to emails sent to your customers. Learn more using the article link below. It doesn't have to be complicated or built into your admin UI. Just templatize the code for it, so I can spit it into my own email marketing service.

Yes I think at least a second button when sending responses like "preview e-mail" as I'm unsure what they look like to users.
