Allow accounts to be added as voters to ideas without the need to specify an individual employee.
Contacts at accounts frequently change or need to be modified and in some cases (like ours) we don't tend to auto subscribe contacts to idea updates and so we'd like to be able to add accounts directly rather than individual contacts.

As an admin, I would like to add/import feedback and associate it at the account level without having to enter a contact or email address.

Also enable the suggestion to be seen has placed by that account / person, not by the contributor
