Show matching ideas in the post idea widget before prompting users to create an idea
when a user enters an idea through the widget the first thing they need to do is enter the body of the idea. then they are presented with results which might relate to what they entered. then they enter the title of the idea.
this is backwards.
the first thing they should need to enter is the title, then results are shown based on the title, and if they don't find anything then they elaborate on the idea with the body.
we're getting feedback that people are spending time entering a detailed idea only to find that someone else had the same idea already.

This would also save time for the forum admins that would need to search through the ideas to see if this is a duplicate/similar to an existing idea.
