Be able to merge user accounts
If an account has multiple email domains but each one is still apart of the parent company, I would like to be able to merge all relevant domains so that revenue numbers, suggestions, users, etc. are consolidated automatically.

I would like to turn on SSO but if I do, I will have a lot of orphaned ideas. If I could allow more than one address, and merge user record, I would be able to clean things up after turning on SSO

1. User has more than one email address, but in UserVoice, you can only have 1 email per user.
2. So if the user uses a different email address, it doesn't pull in their tickets, ideas, votes they created with their other email.
3. This makes it hard for agents to get a clear view of the user, their history etc...

We're having this issue now with our admin users vs. our registered users... we'd like our single-sign-on accounts (which is what our customers see in our product!) to be the accounts we use when interfacing with UserVoice!

We also have this issue, I have quite wfew duplicate accounts for some reason, all with the same email address, I'm not entirely sure what caueses it. It means I get about 5 emails everytime something happens!
It would be great if we could merge them, or set it so the email address is unique to stop it creating duplicates?

The same thing happened to us. it would be great to be able to merge users like we can with ideas.

I just upgrade my account so we could enable SSO, and found that there's no way to merge our old users either. That's painful.

After implementing SSO we ended up with many duplicate users. This was partially our fault (we didn't define the user id properly when moving over) but even if we had the original pre-SSO user and SSO would still be duplicates.
