Respect filters in Salesforce section of the grid
The analysis report is counting opportunities that are associated with deleted ideas. These should not be reflected in the count when 'deleted' is not selected.
Looks like no filters are respected leading to an inconsistent experience for the aggregated numbers you see at the top of the Ideas Grid.
