The tabs on the topic list page are not fully accessible. Steps to replicate:

Go to UserVoice and navigate to a forum with a list of ideas.
Using the keyboard, navigate to the tabs Hot, Top, New.
Use the left/right arrow keys to move between the tabs
What we’d expect: Focus state changes as user presses left/right arrow keys
What actually happens: Focus state does not change. To move between the tabs the user needs to use the tab key on their keyboard.
