The activity stream in the Contributor Console does only list Feedback captured with a link to an idea.
This reflects how it works in "Ideas & Feedback | All Activity" in the Admin interface, but both are wrong. "All" means all. So also feedback without idea should list there. In the admin at least you can select "Needs idea". In the Contributor Console I do not see such an option.
