Hi Everyone,

We’d love to hear what types of custom reports you’d like to have in UserVoice. Additionally, if you are creating custom reports outside of UserVoice as a workaround, please share. Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment Sven Brunk commentedActually with some more thought and experimentation with JIRA automation I came to the conclusion that it would already be enough for my usecase if UserVoice would allow a configuration on what exactly to transfer in that "UserVoice Links" field. Anything else could be solved with JIRA automation (transferring that information to dedicated fields)

(see example)That is already a good start. Unfortunately it does not allow the display within custom backlog configurations (too big) and also no easy automatic evaluations to aid in backlog ordering

For me that especially applies for all the fields that our sales team does not explicitly care about in the CRM. Right now I would need to handle those fields in the CRM, export them and import them again in UserVoice...
