Account & Users Traits in Advanced Filters Allow the use of all Account and User Traits in Advanced Filtering. Currently only Account Name is available.

Manually add users to accounts within UserVoice As an admin I would like to be able to match a user to an account within UserVoice. Our company has thousands of organisations set up as accounts but might only have the email address of one member of staff who works at that organisation. We get ideas from the people who work at the organisation but unless I export all my users, match them to the account and reupload them I cannot match their idea to the account information.
It would be extra handy if there was some way of trying to suggest matches to me as the admin…5 votes -
Idea Submitter Visible in the Admin Console Ideas View Good Evening,
I can't see a way to surface the 'idea' submitters details (i.e. name or email address) in the admin console ideas view. It would be a great add on features as we could sort by this parameter. Thank you1 vote -
Have separate revenue field for potential revenue from prospects As an Admin or Contributor, when submitting a feedback item, have the ability to indicate if a customer is an existing customer or prospect.
Then being able to see revenue broken out by existing revenue impacted vs. potential revenue

Sync different revenue fields in the Salesforce Connector for Account Insights Give customers the option to choose more than one revenue fields to sync to UserVoice. Sometimes different revenue fields are used for different account types in Salesforce.

Set default Domains for Accounts The (optional) feature we have to automatically generate and assign accounts by email domains is unintuitive and limited to a single domain per account.
Admins should be able to configure Accounts with one or more domains for users to be automatically assigned. This should be configurable via the Salesforce Connector, CSV import, and a setting in-app.

Improve Segmentation Rules Improve segmentation properties by allowing more than "equals" and "does not equal". Ideally you should add "contains" "does not contain" "is known" "is unknown". Date properties should also have "is before" "is after" "is between". Number properties should have "is greater than" "is less than"

Include Account Name on Activity Page When on Your Activity page, include the Account name when capturing feedback for a user. "You captured feedback for Jane Doe from UserVoice". Link to the Account feedback.
Sometimes the account is more important than the person and you may forget what company that user belonged to. So this would be helpful context.

Allow reordering of custom user and account traits in admin view When looking at a user, I'd like to put the traits in order of importance, rather than the default of alphabetical.

Sync "Last Active" from User when added to an Account Update the account's "Last Active" date each time a user is added to the account, or by checking all of the account's users on a schedule (every 24h, etc)

Allow user id as the unique identifier for users (instead of email) Email is the unique identifier in Uservoice for users, but there is a need to use an id as that is what is used in our system.

Customer facing Team groups in Uservoice Hi team. A visual structure that customers can be recognised as part of a team, group or company.
For example: Team name "Microsoft" members name "Steve". All the ideas submitted by the team are shown under the team page and badges generated for teams that submit a number of ideas. 1-10 ideas gets the first badge, 10-50 ideas another badge. 50-100 etc.2 votes -
