Ability to create own reports, flters and dashboards
Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.
For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100
Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.
It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.
It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.
We’d love to hear what types of custom reports you’d like to have in UserVoice. Additionally, if you are creating custom reports outside of UserVoice as a workaround, please share. Thanks!
I am often trying to create reports/lists off the exports as a work around. This is tedious and time consuming not only to find the information I want in the files, but also to then delete out all unwanted columns. We have custom fields setup and are often looked at. Preferably, if I can set my Idea's list screen up with the specific columns I want to see, I should be able to kick out that same view into a report.
I'm really most interested in data by week and there are some ticket types that I don't need to look at. It would be nice to have a "Save as default" option, so that I don't have to keep resetting my filters.
