New List View: For filters move Clear All button to Top
In the new list view UX, within the filters sidebar, can you please move the "Clear All" button to the top. For long lists, like labels, that's a lot of scrolling that I need to do now.

We've made at update so that the "Clear All" will remain sticky as you scroll long lists of labels, Public Statuses, Forums etc. This should eliminate the amount of scrolling needed to clear selected filters when working with a large number of filters.

Not having "Select All" is going to be a big time-suck for me. Also scrolling to the bottom just to clear the filter tedious.
