Make search parameters actually work in merge target search
Search in Merge target window not functioning as it should be - quotations and minus symbols not changing search results to limit results to actual exact matches as specified by quotations, and including matches specifically excluded by minus symbols.

Merge search is now driven by AI! The system will understand the meaning of the search terms you add, so in addition to keyword matches, Ideas that are conceptually similar will be returned.
