Approval Workflow for Features on the Roadmap

Set up an automated notification and approval workflow for roadmap items.

When a feature is moved to a specific stage (eg. 'Final Spec Approval Required') trigger a screen pop-up alert with a link to the item and an option to approve or reject. Approvals to be tracked in-system to replace the current manual email process, which is inefficient and often overlooked.
