Move a category to a new forum
Create the ability to move a category to a new forum, migrating the ideas alongside the move. The current option of creating a new category, then bulk moving the ideas over create multiple steps. What are the options for moving an entire category (with it's associated idea), to a different forum in a simpler movement.
