  2. Run a historical sync on the SFDC Connector when you update a field in the config

    When you update the config for the SFDC Connector, the changes will only affect new Accounts, and Accounts modified after the changes. It would be useful if the field was updated for existing Accounts in the next sync.

  3. Allow SFDC Connector Auth Update Without Deleting The Config

    You have to delete your Connector configuration if you need to update/change the auth. It would be great if the config was saved or if the auth was decoupled from the wizard so that you can easily update the auth without having to delete it entirely.

    We have multiple sales force custom object that can collect Customer feedback/comment that can contain potential product enhancement request that should be use to create an Idea in Uservoice.

    NPS surveys
    Risks
    Meetings
    Notes
    All these may contain comments from the customer and we would like an easy way for a CSM to extract the data from the comment create an idea and then link the idea back to the Salesforce object with a 2 way links.   10. Bi-directional linking

    We'd like to have bi-directional linking between our ESO support channels and uservoice: e.g. when submitting a new idea to UV through the "send to uservoice" bot, link the Slack thread to UserVoice and post the UserVoice link to the thread).

  11. Shows suggestions associated with an account in Salesforce report

    With the Feedback and Opportunity integration, you can't see the suggestions associated to each account in the Salesforce reports.

    Customers want to see this data, so they can report on adoption and completed ideas they've delivered for customers.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice nor providing additional reporting withing SFDC.

  12. Pull a list of all SF opportunities linked to a specific idea

    It's incredibly important that we be able to pull a report/list of all of the prospects/opportunities that we have linked to a specific UserVoice idea through the Salesforce Opportunity Integration to provide our sales team with a list of prospects to reach out to regarding specific ideas. Just being able to see the numer values in the Suggestions List View is not enough.

  13. Include leads in Salesforce customer traits sync

    Currently the Salesforce customer trait sync, only syncs user and account traits for customers. Some customers would also like to sync traits for their leads.
