Just wanted to add on an alternative to marking a primary idea. When selecting multiple ideas to merge, the selected ideas should populate the top of the list of merge options, so you can easily review the selected ideas and choose which one to merge into.

We've added notifications for status update replies, but still need to add notification options for when a status update goes out.

We've got some ideas in the works for how to do this (and more) to let you customize which Ideas you'd like to follow and get notified when activity happens.

Thanks to everyone who voted and commented on this one. We've entered a limited beta for this.

This update brings the board layout from Roadmaps to ideas in the admin console. Every idea sits in a column by its internal or public status, and you can:

    - Filter to a single account to see the status of every idea they've supported, which is a quick check before a customer call or QBR

    - Drag ideas between statuses and write status updates to followers right from the board, using your response templates if you have them set up

    - Group by forum, category, owner, label or status, and drag ideas between rows to change owners or categories.

    - Filter by relative dates or status changes to see what's new and what's stuck
