Notification regarding a new comment that's been made on an idea following your public status update
There have been instances that users do not use the response feature to reply to a public status update in which we might be prompting users for additional information. Instead, they comment on their original idea, and we have no way to know they have followed up on the request/question posed in the public status update. Having some kind of feed for new comments on statuses that have been updated by an Admin for these instances would be helpful to prevent broken communications. To prevent abuse, we could also have an option to disable notifications for the certain idea to avoid being caught up in the comments if the volume of them becomes overwhelming for that idea. Another alternative, is in the email for a response, give an option for the customer to "Respond to Admin in a comment" to mark the idea as needing following and Admin response and having that idea populate in a followup list.
