Solicit NPS via Email
Ability to trigger NPS surveys to all or a specific segment of customers via UserVoice.

We’ve reevaluated this idea, and it’s not something we plan to implement at the moment. Even though we are deferring this idea for now, it is still open to votes and comments. We do want to hear your opinion. Thank you for the feedback, and please, keep sharing!

In our case as a SAAS company, we're looking to collect NPS scores from both our customers and our customer's customers. Our customer's customers use the actual app where we can utilize the widget, but our actual customers don't use the app themselves and their feedback is just as important for us to collect.

I would also add that (related to another feedback suggestion regarding Hubspot CRM integration) it would be great to be able to email out a survey from within Hubspot and include the "how likely are you to recommend us - 1-10" question in there and have the responses feedback into the NPS in UserVoice.

This would be a great addition to your product; the evaluation system you already have in place is awesome - but this would allow us to reach out to all clients who contact our support, even if they have not gone to our support site.

There are lots of vendors for this functionality but would rather use UV for this.
Quick/mini exit surveys and quick/mini (one question) email surveys. -

Yes, this definitely would be a good tool to have: develop your own satisfaction questions and handled within user voice

I received an email today that asked "How would you describe your experience with UserVoice?" where all I had to do was click one of 4 links inside the email and my survey answer was recorded.
I asked about it and Andrew Moyer told me it's an internal system that you're not planning on releasing as a feature of UserVoice? Why not? It's a slick user feedback tool which definitely falls in your wheelhouse!
