Send auto-reply email to users who submit feedback (email receipts)
Add option to give users automatic email notifications when they submit a new idea through Uservoice's feedback tool. Basically just a "thank you" message that users receive automatically after they send in an idea.
Uservoice's Helpdesk tool offers it, we'd like to see it added to feedback.
We're excited to announce that this feature is live! You can now create an email that will automatically be sent to your users after they submit an idea. This is a great way to communicate to your users that you have received their ideas as well as set up any expectations for how you triage and manage their feedback. Go to General Settings and select Auto-reply Emails (/admin/settings/forum_autoreplies) to get started.

I am really surprised this idea has not found it's time yet.
Anyone able to hack something together? -
I would like there to be an automation process that acknowledges newly submitted ideas/feedback (ie. a custom message sent to customer upon submission of idea).

As an admin, I would like an ability to send automated confirmation emails for newly created suggestions.

Update... I used zapier to accomplish this between Uservoice and an O365 account.

Any way to accomplish this through the api or a third party tool?

At present I can see in the admin edition that you can respond to someone via the 'Message Subscriber' function but that is manual option rather than automated. We would like to send out an automated response to anyone who leaves initial feedback saying something like 'Thank you for your feedback will take this into consideration etc...' Is this it all possible?

Send a user a receipt of actions they take (vote, suggest, comment).
