Provide currency custom fields that display '$' or the appropriate currency symbol
It is helpful for a custom field value that is a money related to display a $ or the appropriate currency to help at first glance.
But the only way to include a $ would be to create the custom field as a string, which doesn't allow sorting like our current number custom field.
