Filter by Negative Criteria
Provide the ability to filter by ideas that do not have a particular label or outside of a certain date range, or not a particular category.

Advanced filtering allows you to narrow your list of ideas based on negative logic criteria. For example, you can now filter for ideas that do not have a specific label(s), not supported by a specified account(s), don't have specified statuses, or for ideas that are not in a specific idea category.

For us to be able to use labels effectively, we have to be able to filter ideas WITHOUT a certain label as much as we need to filter WITH a certain label. Example - when working through idea feedback and we ask the client a question because we need more information or details around the idea even before we publish it, we set the idea to 'Waiting on Customer'. That way we know we have 'worked' the idea and it's no longer waiting on us. So when you filter in activity & moderation tab for things that 'Needs Review', these ideas are in there when they really DO NOT need review because we are waiting for answers from the client. I need to be look at all the things that need review that are actually waiting on me. Is there any other way to accomplish this?
