The Account Name filter is a new filters available to you with advanced filters. This filter allows you to find ideas supported by users belonging to specific accounts.

Enable admins to search for ideas associated to specific accounts by using the account name in the search field on the ideas grid

As a note, we are currently not using the Contributor Sidebar or adding any of our internal users because of the lack of being able to filter these. We do not want their information mixed in and interfere with the benefits of our analytics. Being able to have contributors internally is one of the reasons we bought UserVoice so this is very disappointing to see how there's no way to keep those separate.
