Don't send notifications to all Slack channels configured when feedback is created (that is not attached to an idea)
Right now, when the Slack integration is configured, any feedback that is created and not attached to an idea will notify all Channels connected to UserVoice.

We’ve improved our Slack integration so that un-linked feedback is now only sent to channels that receive events from all forums and categories.
