Ability to send an email satisfaction survey to users
I received an email today that asked "How would you describe your experience with UserVoice?" where all I had to do was click one of 4 links inside the email and my survey answer was recorded.
I asked about it and Andrew Moyer told me it's an internal system that you're not planning on releasing as a feature of UserVoice? Why not? It's a slick user feedback tool which definitely falls in your wheelhouse!

I've been continuously requested this feature, since I've learned that you don't have to build it...please add it!

This would be a great addition to your product; the evaluation system you already have in place is awesome - but this would allow us to reach out to all clients who contact our support, even if they have not gone to our support site.
There are lots of vendors for this functionality but would rather use UV for this.
Quick/mini exit surveys and quick/mini (one question) email surveys.

Yes, this definitely would be a good tool to have: develop your own satisfaction questions and handled within user voice
