Be able to set SLAs for Ideas
Add functionality to set SLAs for idea response times to keep PMs on top of newly created ideas and our customers happy as each one will receive a response from a PM in a timely manner.

We have a similar issue, where we have implemented a 14 day Triage SLA. Triage is a summary of 3 internal statuses used to manage review and acceptance of the new ideas. The ideas can only be in these 3 internal status for a max 14 days. It has to move from the triage status to an Active status or a closed state in 14 days.
Ideally, there is a set of emails or slack notifications that take place to help progress through the triage statuses.

We would greatly benefit from this. Right now there is no easy way to measure an SLA around response time by PMs. Our workaround is to manually extract the data and track it in gSheets.
