Automatic email message when Public Status is changed
Would like the message and email notification to be auto-filled when changing the Public Status. Having this feature would massively assist the efficiency of our new back-end procedures and save time for our product team.
For example we have a Status of Already exists and would like to auto-send the following email "Thanks again for sending your idea to us. Having reviewed it, the idea is already available in one of our existing solutions. We've asked our support team to contact you directly to walk you through this alternative solution. You can also contact us via the online Support Portal."
