Change merging search to OR operator
While the idea grid search being an AND operator is understandable, using it in searching for merges closes the ability for broadening a search.
Reverting the merging search back to default OR operator opens the merge serge functionality back up.

The search for Merges is now AI-Driven. Not only will we search keywords, but the system can understand meaning in language and find appropriate Ideas that seem like good matches to the original.
