Allow Label creation/editing to be separate permission so that it can be assigned to admins without giving them Settings privileges
We have a lot of admins (in 100s) and need to give them the ability to create/edit/assign/unassign labels. But we can't today as that would give them Settings access as well. We need to de-couple this functionality access as we wouldn't want 100s of admins to have access to editing configuration settings

Our team is in need of more granular permission options for UserVoice admin features. Specifically the ability to add and manage labels. Currently the add and manage labels permission falls under the highest "Owner" permission level, which only our executive leadership can have because includes all powers like subscription management, etc. In our org Product Analysts handle all day to day administration of UserVoice, and they need the ability to add and manage labels, without being granted full owner level permissions.
