List Prioritization: Merged Ideas adopt Priority
When merging ideas that exist on Idea Lists, the idea it is merged into should adopt the previous idea list priority? or maybe a dialog to confirm if there is a conflict?
Right now, it is an extra step to assign priority when we merge an idea that already has a priority
