Create notifications for idea lists
Similar to the notifications associated to saved view on the idea grid, can we add notifications to an Idea List? just another way our teams can stay in the loop on very specific spaces. also since these are shared spaces, it helps keep everyone aware of changes made. some ideas:
-new ideas added to list
-ideas removed from list
-new votes on ideas
-new comments on ideas
-updated priority on ideas
-status updates
-messages
-internal comments
