Closing of Idea Details Page
After opening an idea into a side panel, return the ability to 'close' it out by clicking outside the panel.

We've changed the behavior of the Idea Details slideout based on feedback.
- If you have an Idea Details pane open, and click on a title of an Idea on the grid beneath it, the Idea Details pane will update without closing with the selected Idea
- If you click anywhere but an Idea Title, the Idea Detail sheet will close.
