Email notifications when someone adds comment where I am the owner or I have added a comment before
An email notification should be sent to the Idea Owner of the users who have already commented on the idea. Because of this, we are missing some important communications. Today, there is 'Activity Update > Comments-when a new comment s posted' notification event but it sends email for any comment added on any idea, spamming the inbox.
