Webhook Microsoft AdaptiveCard output
Support the ability to output Enhancement request notifications to a Microsoft Teams (via MS Workflows webhook listener) to post in native Microsoft Teams Adaptive Card format.
This would allow a Teams channel to be configured to see all activity as it comes in for a specified UserVoice forum.
