Localized help centers for non-English portals
Many feedback portals serve users who mostly browse in a second language, yet the portal chrome, category names and email notifications stay in English. A per-portal language pack for the interface (not just the posts) would remove a lot of friction for international communities.
We run a regional portal at UAE Mercury and most questions we receive are simply visitors asking where a setting or a balance page lives in their own language. Localizing the portal UI would cut that confusion at the source.
Suggested scope: translatable category names, localized system emails, and a language switcher stored per user.
