Be able to pass user/account traits via the API
Right now, you have to use the javascript code to pass user/account traits. It would be great if there was a way to also do this via the API. This would give admins more options for passing this data.

Such a pity not having this available. It looks rather simple. Traits are such a powerful capability in principle.
The primary use case for me would be to reduce the noise generated from ring-voting of users belonging to the same customer account voting for the same feature and prioritize requests by account MRR.
