Filter feedback by user segments
Allow filtering suggestions and related suggestion metrics (like # of supporters and comments) by supporter traits, to help find out which feedback has come from specific user segments and measure interest from those segments.
You can now analyze feedback by customer segment and identify each segment’s top needs, all within the UserVoice admin console.
Create custom segments based on the user and account traits that you pass into UserVoice; for example, user type, MRR, company size, or industry. You can also create segments by country, even if you are not passing traits into UserVoice.

P.s. it would be great to be able to integrate the labelling/categorization with Salesforce.

We have different types of customers using our products. I want to know which ideas are popular among them. This will help us prioritizing accordingly and communicate to the right audience with the right message.
E.g. we cater to accountants. They vote a lot for idea *. We also cater to SME. They vote a lot for idea Y. I want to be able to filter on type of users and see e.g. the top-10 ideas.
This feature might also be useful for the tickets. Because accountants ask different questions than SME-users.
