    We're excited to announce that we will be starting a beta for the UserVoice agent (in the admin console) and the UserVoice MCP (in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, etc.) soon.


    To sign up: Head to your UserVoice admin console. Click on the star in the left nav, and register your interest for the Uservoice agent and the MCP server.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice nor providing additional reporting withing SFDC.
