Custom Cookie Consent We need to be able to enable and customize a cookie consent for the web portal since we show the web portal via our custom subdomain. Ideally we would be able to integrate our existing consent system to be absolutely compliant and guarantee a consistent user journey throughout our websites.
This is a tricky matter for us since it blocks us from integrating GA and we are not sure whether we are compliant at all without the option.1 vote -
Allow users to Export all account feedback from "My Feedback" Frequently we get requests to allow users to export not just feedback they have submitted, but also feedback from anyone in their org. They can view it from the portal, but not having the ability to export that data is frustrating for them. Can we get that export added as well?

WebPortal search to exclude Public status When using the search bar on the webportal, having the option to omit certain status like completed.

Be able to post idea from web portal landing page It would be ideal, not only that you can search for an existing idea in the landing page of the web portal, but also if end users are able to post a general idea and/or choose what forum that idea belongs to.

Allow interchangeable terms to surface idea search on the web portal Allow multiple words/terms that are interchangeable to be applied as ideas are inputted, so that more ideas related to the idea will be surfaced for voters to engage with, instead of creating a duplicate idea.

Poor Experience: There are Three Different Flows for Unauthenticated Users on the Web Portal Unauthenticated user tries to vote: When an unauth user tries to vote a small modal pops up with a login button and a message saying they will get updates for this idea.
Unauthenticated user tries to add a comment or post an idea: When an unauth user tries to add a comment or post an idea they get a message telling them to sign in.
Unauthenticated user tries to flag an idea as inappropriate: When an unauth user tries to flag an idea/comment as inappropriate they are taken to a new page and told to login there.

Customers ability to Flag an Idea and add their sentiment For customers to be able to indicate a churn risk or a "deal-breaker" when adding feedback so that admins can have more visibility when prioritizing their roadmap.

Be able to upload and save a favicon in the Admin Console It would be a great addition if you could upload a favicon in the site customization settings. Right now you have to add one in the <head> of the custom HTML which means you also have to upload and host it on a CDN.

Translate web portal site-text If you are able to translate user generated ideas and comments, you should be able to automatically translate the site-text of the web portal.

Make the Hot/Top/New tabs keyboard accessible with focus states The tabs on the topic list page are not fully accessible. Steps to replicate:
Go to UserVoice and navigate to a forum with a list of ideas.
Using the keyboard, navigate to the tabs Hot, Top, New.
Use the left/right arrow keys to move between the tabs
What we’d expect: Focus state changes as user presses left/right arrow keys
What actually happens: Focus state does not change. To move between the tabs the user needs to use the tab key on their keyboard.Go to UserVoice and navigate to a forum with a list of ideas.

Edit Access Denied Message Have the ability to edit the message for what displays publicly on the web portal when it is restricted and a person has not signed in yet or does not have access.

Create a banner message in Web Portal We want to be able to post a banner message in our Web Portal letting customers know about some changes in our statuses and categories and be able to provide a link in that banner that redirects them to the welcome page which can explain the changes we've made.

Display other forums in Mobile when redirect URL is in place I noticed that on Mobile, I can’t seem to find a way to display all the other forums.

One of the most challenging UX and Employee Experience One of the most challenging UX and Employee Experience issues I have is that the UserVoice main page and much of the pages in general are not brandable or customizable to align with other digital properties my organization uses.
We can apply some basic colors and logo but other then that it is very challenging to make it feel customized or white labled to my org.
Would love to see a web editor that has simple editing options. Something even comperable to Wix or Wordpress would be greatly appreciated.
